Targeted Skill Groups - Fine Motor & Handwriting Skills
Have noticed your child having challenges with fine motor skills? This may be observed as a weak or different grip on writing tools, messy handwriting, or maybe you noticed that they cannot keep up with their peers when it comes to small dexterity tasks (buttons, tying shoes, coloring, cutting, etc.). We are here to help you!
We can help give you some fun activities to work on fine motor strengthening and handwriting skills. This can be done over video consultation or an in-person sessions.
What will this look like? First, we will do a consultation with you to identify concerns and see if we are the right fit for your needs. Then we will put together a program designed just for your child to work on any areas of concern that have been discussed. The goal is to improve fine motor strength, dexterity and handwriting skills in a fun, motivating way. The frequency of your 1:1 consultation will be determined based on the child’s need.
